There is no constitutional procedure to
“impeach” a House member. They just have to expel her. A majority vote will do it.

Not a majority vote. Expulsion requires a two thirds vote.

Thanks for posting.

If I understand correctly, I think constitutional expel of a lawmaker needs 2/3 supermajority vote of respective House.

Petition should have been for House to expel Pelosi instead of impeaching her. That would have gotten the attention of every representative.

Also, Florida Rep. Gaetz questions if Pelosi is helping to finance campaigns of incumbents.

So if no Pelosi then maybe possible loss of some campaign funding. Defeats purpose of Constitution’s expel clause if true imo.

Expel after November.
