Sounds like a BS charge. I’d be curious to see just who appointed the US Attorney who ordered the prosecution. It was Bill Clinton's sh*tbag people. That's all we need to know. This was a political prosecution to make Clinton look sensitive to minority accusations of police wrong doing. This is part of the aftermath of the Rodney King crapfest.
