The Petronas Towers cost about 1.5B. .... Think about how many homeless that could handle.

Here in Chicago we had the Projects...

they became so dilapidated and dangerous that

they all had to be torn down.

I'm sure most big cities have had similar experiences.

It was required reading in Architecture College.
