As a contractor on government projects I paid those rates for many years. Every employee on those projects had to be paid the rates that match their job classification.
Certified payroll reports had to be filed every week or no payments would be made.
Like I said those jobs are not given to unconnected general public. This MN state rigged work is so far off the normal way business is done. Why even post it?
