This has been awhile ago, someone asked him if they were going to cut entitlements and he said they were looking at everything. Last night I thought I heard him say no, or at least not say yes.
I think the word “entitlements” didn’t translate SS to him, as I had to learn that too.
I agree and there in lies the problem.
I don't look at SS or Medicare as “entitlements” as in getting something for nothing.
We have paid into both our whole lives and are there for “entitled” to get it back but not in the sense of a government give away freebe.
