Maybe Mike should have skipped all live TV appearances. The difference between the Mike in his ads and the Mike in person was extreme. Maybe the people who were paid to work for him, those whose charities ( their family trust? ) got donations and people who had enjoyed a lavish feast at a “Mike” gathering ( though he was not even there) voted for him. That is not enough when you are an arrogant elitist with a whiny, squeaky voice.
