I subscribe to an email from pollen.com. ( maybe find it directly by using. Alert@pollen.com ). It sends an alert whenever the pollen in your zip code is at a rating of 4 or higher , on a scale of 1 to 12. The alerts just started coming last week in Maryland.

. It also lists the main sources of the pollen. Now it is juniper and maple, both of which are plentiful near me. I sensed the allergies a couple of days before the first alert. It is helpful.

Thank you! I pulled up the site. A lot of times my eyes get glued together while I’m sleeping and as soon as I wake up I’m sneezing, so can this be from outside?

That site said my area yesterday was very high, today medium high, and tomorrow low. Sounds about right.
