There was never a budget passed during the eight years of Obama. This they just added a certain percentage to every previous budget item, including the almost one TRILLION dollars “stimulus” money. That was play money for Obama. Where did that money go? How many Solyndras got that money?
With a budget, there is no extra 800+ Billion extra. Republicans had the House for most of Obama’s time so R’s are to blame as well. Drain the Swamp.

Solyndra parent company was the company BHO great grandfather, Charles worked for. Good possibility the family trust owned a bit of stock in company. Just saying.
Wells Stanley A and Stanley D were still producing in 2011. The pipeline wasn’t pushed because that was HO competition.
