We are so unaware of what our hands touch and think it’s no big deal.
I am constantly using Purell. Washing my hands in hot soapy water.
My better angel is starting to call me Felix.
besides all that...I don’t get a flu shot. I am affected, it seems, twice a year...a cold in the fall and flu in the spring.
So far, nothing flu like yet...
I never get the flu shot and haven’t had the flu since 1978. Well I did get the West Nile virus from mosquito bite. Now that I had some lymph nodes removed I’m taking more precautions, like washing hands more and spraying lysol.
