Two days of trial completed. X lawyer quit hours before first day. Only one more day left. Scheduled on the 10th. X’s sister significant other testified for them. She has been keeping a diary of the drunkenness and abuse of children. Also the lies and illegal activities. Kids told their mediator about being woken in middle of night and taken on drug buys. SO we believe judge will keep the order to come back to TENN. it just getting job done.
