How sad. I didn’t know that part of Tennessee is tornado country.

We’ve been mulling around different places to move to - flyover country sounds good with the less population density but the tornadoes sound scary. I hated the hurricanes in Corpus Christi - we were on alert from May to October. I found that so much more stressful than earthquakes, which you only know about afterwards. So tornadoes would be similar.

I think no matter where you live there is always something to worry about, so you just have to pick your poison.

Here we worry about fire in the summer, especially in June, July and August when we have dry lightening.

This never was a worry when we had logging and grazing in our forests, but that’s another story.
