....I only commented that the OMB s/h communications with WH before putting out the budget. I worked with budgets all my life, approving department budgets, reviewing government budgets for labor negotiations, and doing my own budget. And details are put in there by the people making the budget, not the big picture people....

I missed it, was looking for video, but I’m watching the House GOP budget committee. They applaud Trump for even coming up with a budget, Democrats have not come up with a budget at all.
