Warren is holding out for either a much, much larger under-the-table pay off to drop out and support Idiot Joe or an offer to be on the ticket as his Vice President.
She probably figures that if Joe can get elected with her as Vice President she will be able to hound Joe into the grave in just a year or two.
Then she can move into the White House herself.
Of course, Hillary could (would?) take VP Warren out first, get herself appointed VP, then deal with Road-Block Joe.
