I understand. Sometimes we take style over another area. And it seems ones style changes through the years. We settled for a one floor over the comfort of a less expense of a cape Cod. We have no basement for storage and that really is a challenge. I too am working on boxes for donation and trying to make more space. Laying new flooring with be quite a challenge with all of our stuff.

Right! But all of the work and inconvenience will be worth it!
For donations I keep two boxes: “Donate” and “Consignment”. There’s a nice lady who has a consignment shop in the next town and so I give nicer things to her. It’s her livelihood.
