Yes, you can fix any damage done to your car or someone else’s but if a person carjacks you, you may not live to fix your car.
Years ago when carjackings were really prevalent I was rear ended, told son to get out, then said no, lock your door.
Turned out to be a ditzy lady with a carload of teens who was not paying attention and then she panicked and drove me into the car in front of me that was stopped for a red light.
Watch out or they’ll try to ban cars because cars kill.

The guy driving the car is the bad guy. He beat the other guy and took his car keys, and the victim was trying to get his keys back.
