Something not many people know of or think about.
Loose poop, animal or human, dries up and the dried particles carry fecal bacteria.
The dried particles become windborne and are in the air that people breathe.
They also settle down everywhere, on every surface.
Just about every surface where dust accumulates is contaminated with fecal bacteria.
It is more prevalent in some places, less prevalent in others.
There are high concentrations of fecal bacteria in the air around farms, kennels, horse and dog race tracks, etc..
And the air in cities like San Francisco where people use the streets and sidewalks for toilets is loaded with it.
