(Okay, we've got a great many sheep and cows around these parts, the genuine coyotes prey on young lambs/calves and encounters between those real coyotes and ranchers/sheepherders/most farmers usually have unpleasant outcomes for the coyotes. Same thing applies to two-legged predators on young.)
