I love how they can manipulate things with their little fingers, and how active they are. i used to love hamsters, for the same reason, they were always busy busy busy. I still love hamsters I just don’t have any.

I still love hamsters I just don’t have any. Our kids went through the "urban farm animals": tropical fish, parrots, gerbils, Guenna pigs; hamsters, dogs, cats.
A good portion of my life was spent cleaning animal cages. Be glad you didn't have any.
