I am so sorry this happened to you and your and your SIL!
It must have been very frightening!

I did say “so I would not worry about all the side effects UNLESS it is severe and happens to you.”

I did not mean to diminish that side effects can and DO happen but many folks can use it without problems.
I use two a day, and am okay so far!

I did not take it as less...I was worried that you might be given that drug...and with your problem....you did NOT NEED any more problems on top of it. Don't worry, I understood you well.
