Lawyers for Roger Stone have filed a sealed Motion for New Trial. Based on the prior sealed motion, this has to do with controversial juror - and Russia collusion hoaxer/Trump critic - Tomeka Hart.

Defense questioned her, knew she ran for Congress as a Democrat, didn’t move to strike her for cause, and didn’t use a peremptory. Doesn’t leave them a lot of options.

I hope he gets it and with a new judge. She is most of the problem here not just the bad jurors.Need a change of venue too preferably to a new district outside of DC.

Gross miscarriage of justice. Everyone deserves a fair trail with no bias.

If prosecution knew or should have known that Ms. Hart was a Russia Truther and connected to local Dem political circles, jeopardy should attach.Yes, and cases like McCabe’s should have had a different venue, too. McCabe’s D.C. grand jury didn’t indict him. He admits to lying, yet no indictment. Make me sick.

Exactly that's the point everyone is missing here. They tried multiple times, grand jury refused to indict. He certainly ended up with a jury of his type peers. None of those crooks with answer for it in DC period.

Why is the motion sealed? Unless Judge Jackson lives in a mole hole without connection to the outside world, she should have already delayed sentencing and set a hearing date in open court to seek opinion from both sides.

He is entitled to a fair trial. Period.In a fair world he would get a new trial. I'm not saying he's innocent but he should get a fair trial.

In a fair world a juror like her would never have been on the jury in the first place. Her being the foreperson is especially corrupt.

I blame his lawyers for this. How could they not possibly know this?

His lawyers only submitted questions to ask. Judge Amy picked the jurors. Stone and attorneys gagged from talking about it. Hope the motion exposes the corrupt judge even gagging Stone before sentencing and the motion is protected. Judge Amy might even brazenly deny.

Stone's attorney could have had her stricken from the jury pool. Based on what is happening now, though, it might have been a very smart move to keep her there. Were there other compromised jurors there as well? The entire legal system is corrupted.

She was the foreperson. So the entire jury is poisoned.
