Mine is third from Center-left. The front is ok, backside is gone. My root canal may be exposed, I am having a headache.

Root canals can mask problems. I woke up one day and looked like a chipmunk. Come to find out I had a bad abscess in a tooth that I had had a root canal on many years previously but didn’t know it because I didn’t feel the pain.
