I’m wondering if that senate vote was so it could be tested in court. The president is the commander in chief The legislature declares war. What was voted on today was in no man’s land. Not sure that the senate has to power to do what they did. Has anyone heard comment from one of the constitutional lawyers yet. It may be setting up a test case for future generation. So that presidents like Obama who drones our own citizens have a “check and balance” in place. Am calling Young’s office in morning and asking what was his rationale for voting the way he did !
