Well, an anti-inflammatory diet excludes everything you might want to eat. I’ve been told that anything dairy, red meat, gluten, sugar and even some vegetables cause inflammation. So I’ve decided to ignore that and just try Mediterranean diet, which actually doesn’t exclude anything but it does moderate or in some cases severely lower the amount of an inflammatory food, Like sugar. It depends more on healthy sugars if there is such a thing like raw honey or maple syrup. It stresses vegetables and fruits, whole grains so that means I could still have some gluten it will just be in the whole grain form, end it also talks about exercise and eating with the family.

It seems to have really helped my eyes. It seems like everything I did just came together at the same time and I got better superquick, even surprising my doctor. So I’m trying to get back on it because I celebrated my eyes not hurting anymore by eating lots of sugar. Probably stupid but oh well... The pain is still gone and now I have an additional 10 pounds to lose :-(
