We already had a dictator.
His name was Barack Obama, and he bypassed Congress at least 200 times during his presidency.
Did YOU and Mika splutter about it?
Obama ordered federal executive departments to implement legislation DEFEATED by Congress.
Obama ordered his nominees put into place after Congress failed to confirm them.
Obama ordered federal agencies to grant themselves new powers.
Now, Obama didn't even use the tools of the Executive Branch.
He simply VERBALLY ordered his desires carried out.
His EPA claimed authority over all bodies of water in the US.
That was ILLEGAL.
Obama's IRS granted itself the power to collect ACA fines and distribute the revenue.
Again, ILLEGAL.
Never mind the corruption and targeting of conservative.
Obama governed entirely by fiat, and YOU DON'T CARE.
The reason I bring up Trump is that he's obeying the law.
The 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force states the following:
"That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001..."
"...or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons."
