I think the key here is the mention of Concord in separate “Q” context being Post #992 on 4/2/18, Post #2436 on 11/6/18, and then the reposts #3853 TODAY. He was referring to the “Q” posts, including the one that had just been made, saying “you’ve been seeing a lot about that recently” ... at least that was my inference. WWG1WGA :)
