I also have conjectured that when AG Barr said that Durham would be wrapping up in late spring/early summer he may possibly have been giving the derps hope that they had more time, and it really might be sooner. Just my .02.
Earlier a server update was being applied to get things ready for http3 but the update broke post ids. After realizing post ids were broken, all server changes were reverted.
