To answer your question, yesterday’s resignations means that the DOJ has to assign new prosecutors to finish the Stone case. Since it’s the DC federal court, the DC US Attorney would be responsible for assignments. So we will see how bad the department is by who they assign and whether Barr asserts any control over their handling of the case.

If, and it’s a big if, Sullivan agrees with Flynn about fruit of the poisonous tree, Stone will introduce that ruling in Berman Jackson’s court. If the new prosecutors are derps, they will argue that the judge’s ruling doesn’t govern the Stone case, and was wrongly decided. The judge will agree, because she is definitely a derp.

If the prosecutors are not corrupt deep state agents, they would have to dismiss the Stone case and admit that the entire Mueller investigation, including the part that investigated Stone, was an illegal coup attempt. The judge might refuse to dismiss. She would be very likely to be overturned, but she is such a partisan, she might not care.

So, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. First item to pay attention to is who the new attorneys are.
