So much WIN. Bet this is not in the local news.
Will be interesting to see if trump busts up a lot more corruption now that the America haters are just about out of ammo
To me this episode shows that there is hope that anything can happen, and that means good things can happen, even in seemingly lost California in dystopian 2020. Who could have predicted, say in 2006, that Donald Trump (?!) would one day be elected U.S. President, and that he, in 2020, would be the one to come in from outside the state and set matters right for our farmers (and others) after years and years of this absurd water mess? He has accomplished what seemed impossible.
Outstanding!
I think President Trump has a handle on this “President” thing. But, he should’ve been “bloviating” about this in his SOTU address. This is a yuge issue for California farmers.
More proof that every elected elite Democrat is a toxic and cheating bastard, who hates honest/working people.
California also collects several gasoline and vehicle taxes and has the worst maintained roads and has built no new highways to handle the last ten or fifteen million new cars in the state. California has also built just one new water supply dam for the last 20 million new residents. Highest taxes in USA. Most public schools are very poor too. Corrupt one party state like USSR was with in many elections figged ballots without any opposition candidates allowed. Most corrupt utilities commiission on earth, thoroughly rotted out and you see the results with the highest utility rates and worst utility services -big fires and gas line explosions and even deliberate service blackouts- can you imagine paying $400 a month to have your food rot? Pelousy Feinstein Schitthead himself , Mad Maxine Waters, Bullert Trains to nowhere, from nowhere too- and as former l gidlative leader Jesse Unruh put it so clearly when critiqued about Sacramento corruption, We have the best Legislature money can buy!
Cal-Fed (bond) funds to backfill their state budget deficits.
Caused by funding illegals.

The “convoluted” state of the water bureaucracies is something the California legislature and Governors seem to be experts at creating, across the board.
I think they - the pols - are actually in all of it managed by California’s own deep state, and it knows everything while the pols actually know very little. In that way the California deep state never losses anything - it just keeps creating new offices and missions to move its people to.
Once a week I Tweet the President urging him to hold a couple of campaign rallies in California. I imagine the turnouts would equal or surpass those held in Trump-friendly area because of deals like this.
This kind of bond shell game is what is being proposed in Michigan by Gov. Gretchen “Fix the Damn Roads” Whittmer (aka Granholm 2.0). The simple facts are that it is impossible to fund the massive road repairs and reconstruction needed in Michigan without huge new taxes or the reduction in the states welfare programs and many MANY pork barreling projects.
Since no Democrat can conceive of reducing welfare spending or lining their own pockets, and in their world taxes have only one way to go (up) and there’s no such thing as taxes that are too high, when met with opposition from the Republican legislature, she reached into the old bond bag of tricks. The commercials running today shout “No tax increases required!”
Of course, the bond’s interest and principal now have to be paid from general funds, and the money will come from someplace. Wanna guess where?
