As a Pennsylvania resident I just have to ask:
WHY do prison authorities in my state allow the incarcerated to tweet from prison?
WHY do they allow convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal to record a radio show from his cell?

Bill Cosby should be subjected to full body searches, including all body cavities on a daily basis. The guards need to tell him to take off all of his clothes, turn around, bend over and spread them.
