When I was a child we visited my grandparents in Holland and I could not disguise my dislike of eating horse meat.
That was 40+ years ago and I still know how bad it tasted.
We ate horse in the sixties and seventies. It’s not bad really, it just doesn’t have enough fat content to flavor the meat properly.
Yep. Horse meat is less than desirable. I can’t imagine it tasting good no matter the preparation.
