Barr must have made some kind of deal with Mueller. Barr would call off the Mueller thing if no one went to prison. It’s pretty much what it looks like.
It’s plausible. Barr flaps his gums well, but he wouldn’t even prosecute Comey and McCabe even though Horowitz recommended prosecution.
Pouring our hope for justice into Barr is akin to pouring water into a leaky bucket.
