Utah CANNOT recall him, we do not have a law for that, we can however CENTURE him, the State Government is trying to make a law that we can bring him back and vote him out because he represents UTAH...but we have to vote for that law, hope it passes and then send it to the Supreme Court and hope they allow it..

Prior to the 17th Amendment, could states recall, and replace their senators?

Although some of the earliest states in the Union had provisions in their state constitutions to permit a state legislature to impeach and remove a US senator, this was never done. It was recognized from the beginning that federal officeholders could not be removed except by death, resignation, defeat in an election, or expulsion by a two thirds vote of the House in which the member was seated.

After the passage of the 17th Amendment, recall provisions became popular during the Progressive Era. A number of state constitutions had recall provisions for US senators, but the federal (and state) courts ruled that these were unconstitutional.
