Something is bothering me. Today before the senate arrived for the vote, several people gave speeches about why one should vote this way or that. Schumer was talking about Trump lying at the SOTU. An example he gave had to do with how much money people are making these days that Trump brags about. Schumer claims it amounts to a 3% or 3.1% amounting to about $30.00 per week. His constituents complain that it’s harder to make ends meet than ever. He gave an example of a car accident where one had to shell out 4grand...and most of us can’t do it. Anyway, he filed some paperwork with the lady at the bench regarding Trump’s supposed lies. I don’t know what that was all about or what the consequences would be. Don’t know what he plans, but I thought I’d say something. Something rlse is in the wind. The demonrats aren’t done.
Spot on.
They are no way *Done. But, theyre forcing US to fight back, finally. Its up to us to engage. Our own leisure has to end to do it. Or else.
That is just Schumer getting his remarks into the record. The consequences are a more boring Senatorial record. The Dems can try another impeachment, and probably will, but that's it.
I saw that - it was just Chuck bloviating, morning business, SOP ... it’s all he could do ;)
Trump always includes ALL savings in his estimates not just savings on paychecks. Sounds like Chucky is using a payroll example only.
