I do wish our conservative publications would treat these Bernie voters with more respect and kindness. After all, assuming the Dems do Sanders in, these are our future Trump voters.

On Monday Feb 3, 2020 A horrible attack took place in Heber, AZ. Three vicious dogs attacked a school teacher who was walking to her home during the lunch break. School personnel came to her aid, rumors are with shovels. Finally a neighbor, the good guy with the gun came and shot one of the dogs. The teacher is expected to survive although she received over 500 stitches. More to come.

I was listening to something that I can’t remember what talking about this. That Trump was hated for upending the straw candidates put up by the Republicans who didn’t care about winning. And that parties change over time and just as the Democrat party is no longer the one of the present ones’ parents, our Republican party is no longer the one that belonged to the Establishment. And, for a while, both party old timers are going to try to force the parties back into the older images.
What really still grinds me is that I contributed to those campaigns in the demented notion that I was contributing to real campaigns. Trump is like the cavalry that arrives just as you think the wagon train is going to be overrun. Now at least it has a chance.
