Nancy can unlawfully “deem” anything she wants to, and claim he House can make up its own rules. It is the HOUSE that decides to impeach, not the Speaker of the House in a vacuum. Talk about unconstitutional....!

The counsel for the President just revealed that over the holiday while they were holding the articles of impeachment in an attempt to extort the Senate, they were in a federal court telling a Judge they are still impeaching...
So it looks like the plan is to vote of further articles once this get voted down.
