It sounds as if some in the “drag” scene, are mature enough, intellectually honest enough, to say that all this “drag” performing is for adults only, and not suitable for children.
It’s amazing how frightened people have become of calling a spade a spade, of being able to say, that drag queen story hours and the like, are not appropriate for children.
The business of drag strikes me as something which is intended only for adults, and only consenting adults should be exposed to same. But the fear of the LGBT police and other cultural revolutionaries, makes people afraid to say that.
When a drag queen thinks this insanity has gone too far...
Drag shows are adult humor. Even the names of the “queens” are often vulgar. If a drag queen wants to donate his time and read to kids, he can do it out of a costume as a regular person. Doing it as his ‘persona’ is inappropriate for children.
Seems like even some drag queens are fed up with the insanity.
