I don't know. Possibilities include:

• Wasn't a 24 hour hospital?
• Too many doctors and nurses are sick? One early spreader infected 14 health care people.
• Doctors and nurses afraid to show up?
• Can't do anything but prescribe anti-inflamatories anyway? Closed because a source of spread?
• Closed until training on better procedures?
• Closed doors but not really closed, just full?
