I keep hearing/reading a reference to Canada but that makes no sense to me?
The story I think was that a Chinese employee at a Canadian bioweapons unit, was escorted out of the building and put on a slow boat to China. His name was Rack Bawa. The Chinese Jack Bauer. Just kidding about the name.
