North Korea doing it now

SEOUL, Jan. 25 (Yonhap) — North Korea on Saturday stepped up efforts to prevent the spread of a new strain of the Chinese coronavirus with the cancellation of a flight between Pyongyang and Beijing, and a temporary restriction on foreign residents’ trips to China.

In addition, North Korea several days ago stopped all Chinese tourist buses from entering N. Korea. Apparently this is a major source for N. Korean income. Obviously, such a country would not cut off a major source of income over mere "lung congestion."

I would state the obvious, that being much of the people in N. Korea are already malnourished, ill. Even many of the military. Such folks stand little hope of survival...
