I know. It really would be horrible. My dad had pneumonia when young in the Army. I asked him if he nearly died, he said no, but that he was praying that he would die.

A few years back, my brother developed necrotic pneumonia. My Mom, my wife, daughter, and I went (almost 1000 miles drive) to help out. He barely survived, and, yeah, it was pretty rough.
