Sundance cites a lengthy DOJ Office of Legal Counsel finding, titled OLC Opinion - Judicial Enforcement Authority 01-19-2020, which supports the opinion that during last year’s impeachment circus, the House was not issuing subpoenas, it was issuing letters requesting voluntary witness participation and document production.
