1/2 eucalyptus, topping off with fir, pine, spruce, tea tree, basil, and thyme. I may try adding a bit of oregano too.All those are good anti-microbials and will clean you out! Oregano is the best I know of to fight off viral symptom onset. Again, IT IS HARSH! Go slowwww. And if your lips are chapped, you might want to put some wax or Chap Stik on before you begin. It can be uncomfortable on dry lips.
Side note. Chicken farms that switched to no antibiotics are using oregano in the chicken feed with even better results. There doesn't seem to be a necessity to increase dosage either.

I definitely will consider using oregano oil more; currently I use mostly in home made neem based sanitizer.

Thank you, L'il J, for sharing your expertise on essential oils. I knew about lavender for its soothing effect, and I knew about the great smell of other oils (as used, e.g., in
Poo-Pourri), but I was clueless about potential medical benefits.
Is there a relevant book that you trust?
