I was thinking capsules purchased, sitting in a bottle. Home done they could be swallowed before the EO eats up the capsule. I prefer the steam inhalation method, I use a variety of EOs for that purpose, and make my own blend, about 1/2 eucalyptus, topping off with fir, pine, spruce, tea tree, basil, and thyme. I may try adding a bit of oregano too.
