Yes, it was an excellent low-key presentation, befitting the fact that the RATs have no case, no facts, no law in their favor whatsoever.

I wonder if Monday-Tuesday they will do anything to expose the RATs for the Constitutional equivalent of malicious prosecution.

It is a nice symbolism that the President's lead attorney is Jay Sekulow, probably best known as a pro-life, pro-Christian, pro-Israel attorney.

I'm thinking of the old consideration of the term legal jeopardy - I'm thinking that there is merit to the idea of ending this impeachment trial down asap with summary judgment, motion to dismiss, quick vote on the articles, whatever, get this thing done & sealed. once done and sealed then things can progress in other venues and with the authority that comes from acquittal. This is contrast to my prior consideration that the Senate impeachment trial is a perfect venue to introduce things ... well, things have been introduced - now thinking maybe need no more. The trial today leaves it open for either ... or both! lol I'm sure POTUS and "Q" team have all these things factored, etc. ... and it's the bestest plan!
