When was the first one reported?
Backtrack 14 days, plus some days for delay in going to Dr or hospital; when does it put the emergence?
There was a study came out recently, by Johns Hopkins, regarding a coronavirus outbreak and it’s consequences.

The problem is that long before this got identified and publicized as coronavirus, it was being treated in China as an outbreak of “viral pneumonia”. And that had the hospitals in Wuhan slammed it was such a large event.
That’s why the hospitals ran out of resources so quickly after it was announced as coronavirus. They’d already been under great stress and logistics strain.
And those numbers are not included. And most of those sick were told to go home and rest to get well. The deaths among those are also not included.
