As much as I hate to see how DNC is and has treated Bernie, I think he would be the most formidable foe for Trump. Only because so many young people have been taught that socialism is great, and Bernie doesn’t candy coat it like the rest of the Democrats do. They might tend to have higher enthusiasm.
But are there enough Bernie young people?
I doubt it.
And in the past they couldn’t be counted on to really get out and vote.
I tend to believe that a Socialist will not be President, that is not yet anyway.
On the other hand, taking the election away from Bernie a second time could make many of his supporters stay home.
