This delay reminds me of election night 2016 when Hitlery would not come out. It could be when the whole Russia hoax was being concocted....or she was flaming drunk...or both.
The Russia hoax was already in the pipeline so we can go with she was drunk.
And she was waiting for the white rabbit being pulled out of the hat to award her the election.
