I also refuse to talk to an Indian or someone in another country I can barely understand...I demand an American....I've yet to be turned down. That gets the message through to companies...American's do not want to deal with foreigners to do our American jobs!(As I've said before..working on the telephone lines at the US Census has really helped me face any challenges on a telephone)

reminds me of a joke....comedian goes into 7-11 and sees Indian behind counter....sees the red caste mark on the forehead, then says..” Is this where I push to get English?” LOL

I think there should be a law against out sourcing these jobs.

2 of my boys helped support themselves at college manning the phones for a couple of these companies that shipped the jobs overseas.

I don't think these are jobs Americans won't do.

Especially young peeps.

I’ve had to do that a few times if I cant understand them. If they charge us for their time, we should at least be able to understand what they say.
