I actually don't have a problem waiting in check out lines. I'm a people watcher with time. I've never gone through the self checking area. I would leave my cart if I was told to use it. Someone once was trying to insist I go through it...said they would help. (Then why couldn't they be at a checking out lane? I said no thank you and then ignored her. If they can't check me out I won't go there.

I guess I’m the only one that likes the self checkouts. I will wait in line to get one if I have to :-)

Probably because I’m a controlling person I want to make sure that every step is being done the way I like! Mainly I like to check prices. We have a grocery store that is infamous for not giving you the sales price they advertise. This way I can check each price as I go without having to Try to catch it on the screen as it goes by.

I also have arm limitations. So I like to pack the bags really light. Everybody’s definition of light is different apparently. I usually end up having to repack the bags so I can deal with them. So might as well do it in the beginning and be done with it.
