I discussed my diet with the Doc. And I am not a Vegan.. a vegetarian.. different.
He said my diet was perfect... I will be adding a supplement (with Saffron) that I have researched. I have been taking fish oil for Omega 3 and we do a lot of asian cooking which is full of the veggies, spices and herbs that are beneficial.
I read about the shots. Have you had them? I just get shivers about thinking about a shot in the eye.
I believe he said the dry variety. Lots of info and shock with that news. I was expecting a cataract diagnosis (just minimal) . The range is 10 years to blindness and the good news for me along that line.. I am fairly sure I won’t be around in half that time.
